Flax, Berry and Coconut Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 (6-ounce) containers plain coconut milk yogurt (cultured coconut milk)
  • t

  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • t

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • t

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • t

  • 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Add more soymilk to thin, if desired. Serve immediately.
