Tarragon Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • t

  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon minced tarragon
  • t

  • 5 to 6 tablespoons wheat germ oil
  • t

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place vinegar, mustard, agave, and tarragon in a food processor or blender and blend.

  3. With the machine running, add oil. Season with salt and pepper.
