"Tyson is blazing on with his mission to promote a vegan diet and the health benefits it creates (though we truly wish there were more mental health benefits for Tyson, whom we once idolized in the ring). To further spread the message of veganism, Tyson is planning to open up a high-end restaurant chain that offers food that is both kosher and vegan," according to TinyGreenBubble.
