Homemade sweet and sour bar mix recipe
Yields about 4 cups
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add sugar and let boil until dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Stir in the lemon and lime juices.
- Let cool and store covered in the refrigerator. Mixture will keep for about a week.
