Serves 1


  • 1 bread roll (like ciabatta)
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices Brie
  • Lettuce leaves


  1. Slice the bread in the middle.
  2. Layer the following:  lettuce, smoked salmon, Brie and pear.
