Ginger and cognac tea recipe
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (can be adjusted according to your taste)
- 2 thumb-size pieces fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon cognac
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
