Yields 1 drink
- 2 ounces dry gin
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice (save the peel for the garnish)
- Combine the dry gin with the superfine sugar and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
