Dior’s Oscar week dinner took place Wednesday night with a new co-host for the annual dinner and we got the details on the incredible menu and a few recipes to help you eat like a starlet during Oscar week!
Harvey Weinstein transformed the otherwise intimate annual affair into a 150-person event that took place in the garden and patio at the Chateau Marmont with Hollywood’s finest.
Among the well-rounded guests were Harvey Weinstein’s wife Georgina Chapman, Anne Hathaway and her boyfriend Adam Shulman, Emmy Rossum, Ginnifer Goodwin, Hayden Panettiere, Halle Berry, Adrien Brody, Chelsea Handler, Rosario Dawson, Gerard Butler and director Tom Hooper.
The event started out with a Moet cocktail hour where mini bottles of Moet and Chandon Imperial were sipped. After guests were seated, they were served Moet’s Grand Vintage 2003 with their salad and entrees.
Their salad was a chic serving of arugula with crispy parmesean, tomato bruschetta and aged balsamic. The main course was thyme roasted chicken, potato grain and market vegetable au Jus. And their lavish meal didn’t stop there.
For dessert, guests enjoyed Moet’s Rose Imperial along with hazelnut meringue cake, fresh strawberries and an apricot cream.
