Amazon to expand AmazonTote

Amazon is getting ready to launch their grocery-delivery service AmazonTote, according to reports. Will you use AmazonTote to deliver food directly to your door?

Amazon to expand AmazonToteAmazon’s pilot grocery and merchandise delivery service — AmazonTote — could soon expand from Washington to your neighborhood.

AmazonTote is a weekly delivery service that brings your Amazon purchases — under 50 lbs. — directly to your doorstep in a weather-resistent and usable shopping bag. The best part? There are no subscriptions or minimum orders needed to take part in AmazonTote.

AmazonTote: How it works

Using AmazonTote is simple, according to the instructions on Amazon. Simply clickthe “Ship Free with AmazonTote” option on the product page for eligible items and proceed to checkout. Continue adding items to your AmazonTote order up until 10 a.m. two days before your scheduled delivery date. Then, just wait for your purchase!

The program will deliver to your doorstep at least twice a week — and returns can be made from your home too.

AmazonTote: When will they expand?

It’s easy to see why so many people would take part in this easy-to-use service. No official word when they’ll roll out the service, but we’ll be first in line when they do.
