5. Asian Chicken Wings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon crushed fresh ginger
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1/4 cup sake
1/4 cup honey
Zest and juice of 1 orange
2 green onions, minced (green and white parts)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
16 prepared chicken wings
1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sake, honey, orange zest and juice, green onions and cilantro. Add chicken wings, turning to coat. Cover bowl and
refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 400 F and spray 2 baking dishes with cooking spray. Remove chicken wings from marinade and arrange in baking dishes.
3. Roast for 20 minutes. Turn chicken wings and cook for another 20 minutes or until cooked through.
