Did you ever want to know how to make those swanky drinks only served at high-end bars and ultra lounges? The Beverly Hills Hotel Bar NINETEEN12 is serving fabulous new and unique summer cocktails and they were kind enough to share some of the recipes with us.
Bar NINETEEN12 presents a variety of one-of-a-kind cocktails and rare beverage options in addition to the hotel’s traditional premium bar menu.
The featured cocktails highlight the bar’s refreshing, new menu for summer.
Martini Popsicles: The martini popsicles are available in apple, watermelon or sour cherry flavors.
Peachy Keen: Mixture of vodka, Malibu Rum, Peach Schnapps with orange, pineapple and cranberry juices.
Tokyo Tea: Vodka, rum, gin, tequila, Cointreau, Midori and Sprite mixed with sweet and sour.
Caipirinha: CachaÃ§a with fresh muddled lime and powdered sugar.
Batidas: CachaÃ§a with a blend of muddled fruit, powdered sugar, crushed ice and customized with either pineapple, mango, kiwi or mixed berries.

The Batida (pictured above) is refreshing cocktail that you will enjoy all summer long. Mix up a batch for your next party or event.
- 2 Strawberries
- 5 Blueberries
- 5 Raspberries
- simple syrup
- ice cubes
Muddle berries with 0.5 oz. of simple syrup and 2 oz. of cachaÃ§a.
Mix with ice cubes in shaker and pour back into glass and garnish with strawberry on rim.
