Brie with Toasted Hazelnuts

Brie with Toasted Hazelnuts

Serves 8

2 (4.5-ounce) packages domestic Brie cheese
1/2 pound hazelnuts, lightly toasted
1/2 cup aged balsamic vinegar

1. Slice the two cheeses into quarters to make eight pieces. Put one slice on each dessert plate.

2. Top each with 2 tablespoons hazelnuts and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
