Butterfly Autumn Shrimp Salad

Dig into the amazing salad with butterfly shrimp on a bed of crisp greens, apples, gorgonzola cheese and pecans.

10 SeaPak� Breaded Butterfly Shrimp (frozen)

1 bag fresh salad greens or � head of leaf lettuce, chopped

1 pear, cored and chopped

2 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese crumbles

2 tablespoons chopped pecans Directions

1. Cook the shrimp according to package directions

2. Divide lettuce on two serving plates. Add 5 butterfly shrimp, � chopped pear, 1 tablespoon gorgonzola cheese and 1 tablespoon pecans to each salad. Top with dressing of choice and serve.
