The Perfect Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie
Makes one serving.
1 cup AE Dairy plain unsweetened yogurt
5 fresh strawberries, stemmed
1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla syrup
1/2 cup crushed ice
1. Blend ingredients on high in food blender.
2. Add ice and continue blending until thick.
3. Pour into a chilled Thermos.
