1 lb. pork sausage
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1. Grease a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate or a 9-inch square pie pan. In skillet, brown and crumble sausage, drain and set aside.
2. Spread bread crumbs over bottom of dish, top with sausage and grated cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and sausage.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, until lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
