Tex Mex Wrap
This recipe is more suitable for low-carb diets that allow whole grains.
6 ounces bison meat
3 ounces brown rice, cooked
1/3 cup black beans, cooked
1/3 cup salsa
1 large whole wheat tortilla (Recipe measured using La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low-Carb Low-Fat Tortilla)
1. Grill meat, cut into strips and place equal amounts on tortilla.
2. Top with rice, beans and salsa.
3. Wrap and roll.
4. Serves one.
Per serving: 19g carbohydrates; 14g fiber; 8g protein; 3g fat; 300 mg sodium; 0mg cholesterol; 80 calories
