Feast on some great low-carb BBQ!
Ingredients: 2 to 4 beef t-bone or Porterhouse steaks, cut 1-inch thick
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1. Mix seasoning ingredients and rub onto steaks.
2. Place steaks on grill over medium coals. Coals should be ash-covered.
3. Grill steaks, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
4. Turn steaks every five minutes.
5. Makes four servings.
