J.Lo and A-Rod Just Launched a Healthy Line of Frozen Instant Pot Meals

If you’ve ever asked yourself how J.Lo looks so amazing at the age of 50, you may have done some research and found out that she lives an extremely healthy lifestyle, eating nutritious foods, eschewing alcohol caffeine, working out for hours a day, getting lots of sleep and drinking plenty of water. Now, we can’t commit to giving up caffeine and alcohol, working out every day, or getting a sensible 8 hours of sleep every night, but one thing we CAN do is take J.Lo’s nutrition advice by picking up a few of her and husband A-Rod’s new healthy frozen Instant Pot meals at Walmart.

The entertainer-athlete duo just announced that they’ve partnered with Tiller & Hatch Supply Co. to bring a new line of wholesome meals to Walmart stores around the country. All of the meals are designed to be cooked in an electric pressure cooker, which means they’re easy to prep and clean up, making it more likely that you’ll actually eat at home instead of springing for take out.

Lopez and Rodriguez got the help of Bruce Hecker of Bruce’s Catering, a famous entertainment industry caterer, to design the meals. Expect to see things like pasta, soups, and stews, all of which contain no artificial flavor or colors, no added MSG, and meats that are raised without hormones or antibiotics.

Currently, all of the meals include meat or dairy, but they plan on releasing organic, vegetarian, and paleo meals soon.

Each meal costs less that $12 and feeds four people. You can buy the meals individually at Walmart, or you can sign up for a subscription delivery service for 4, 6, or 8 meals, which will be sent to your door, saving you a trip to the store. Even better? With every purchase you make, a portion of the proceeds will be shared with shelters and food-based charities across America.

Hey, when J.Lo tells us to do something, we listen, and if that means stocking up on healthy Instant Pot meals from Tiller & Hatch, so be it!
