Starbucks Releases 2 New Halloween Drinks at Disneyland, Including a Maleficent Frappuccino

And here we thought Disneyland’s Halloween treats couldn’t get any sweeter. We’ve been proven wrong, because according to Instagram account Discover the Magic, two Starbucks locations in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are now serving two new Halloween-themed drinks: the Maleficent Frappuccino and the Dr. Facilier Elixir.

Disneyland Resort has two brand new @starbucks exclusive drinks at the two in-park Starbucks locations only. 🎃☕️👻 • We got the Maleficent Frappuccino. It’s a blueberry and vanilla bean creme frappuccino blended with diced dragon fruit and topped with matcha tea whipped cream. The grande size is $5.69 before any discounts. • They also featured a Dr. Facilier Elixir which we will have to try next visit. We are definitely liking how they are incorporating the Starbucks locations into the exclusive holiday offerings. . . . . 📷: @discover.themagic #dlr #disneyland #disneylandpark #starbucks #frappuccino #maleficent #maleficentfrappuccino #disneytreats #disneysnacks #disneylife #disneyhalloween #halloween #halloweentime #disneyeats #disneyfood

The Maleficent Frappuccino is a bright pink-and-green-hued stunner — one that even rivals the great Mermaid Frappuccino of 2017. The new Frappuccino is a dragonfruit-blended, blueberry and vanilla bean-flavored creamy drink topped with matcha tea whipped cream. The Dr. Facilier Elixir, on the other hand, is a lighter option. It’s a layered chai tea and lemonade iced drink topped with a splash of passion fruit tea.

For those who are itching to try the new Frappuccino but don’t have plans to visit Disneyland anytime soon, Instagram account @disneylandfood has great news for you: You can order the Maleficent at your nearby Starbucks shop. Simply tell the baristas the aforementioned ingredients, and they’ll do their best to whip it up for you.

Listen well, all of you!😈 Today is the first official day of Halloweentime at Disneyland! At Market House (the Starbucks on Main Street), there are two new Disney villain-inspired drinks! This one is the Maleficent Frappuccino. It’s a vanilla bean creme Frappuccino base with blueberry juice and dragonfruit blended in and topped with matcha whipped cream. I’m not really a Frappuccino person (did it for the ‘gram), but even I enjoyed this. I love the matcha whipped cream🤤 PSA from a Starbucks barista: we can make this drink for you at any store (minus the matcha whipped cream), but please make sure to tell your barista exactly what is in this, as it is not an official drink. Any other Starbucks Partners out there?😊💚 ・ #disneylandfood_ #disneylandfood #foodsofdisneyland #foodsofdisney #eatdisneyland #disneyeats #disneyfood @disneyeats #DisneyFoodBlog @disneyfoodblog #abc7eyewitness #disneyland #disneytreats #disneyblog #disneytravel #food #foodie #eeeeeats #foodstagram #foodphotography #starbucks #markethouse #mainstreet #halloweentime #maleficent #frappuccino #colorful #starbuckssecretmenu #maleficentfrappuccino #instagrammable #forthegram

But if you are able to make it to Disneyland, be sure to also pick up the Maleficent Churro — a churro covered in chocolate cookie crumbles blended with colored sugar — at the Churro Cart in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Then, make your way down the list of the rest of the irresistibly sweet Halloween treats that debuted last month, from the Hocus Pocus-themed cupcake (the Amuck Cupcake, a sinfully sweet candy cupcake with peanut butter chips, chocolate candy bits and toffee filled with caramel sauce, iced with chocolate buttercream and topped with a cake cauldron and a Sanderson sisters chocolate decoration) to Nightmare Before Christmas-themed Jack and Sally cake push-pops.

Ah, Halloween; it’s truly the most wonderful time of the year. Especially at Disney.
