Summer means warm weather, and warm weather means tequila. Monarch Rooftop Lounge master mixologist Genese DeBeaux had summer in mind when she created her Monarch Margarita. She makes her recipe special by muddling cucumbers and rosemary simple syrup to give it an herbal, summery taste. But the tweak we love the best is how she rims the glass with celery salt and sugar.

Try it! Whip up this baby, and imagine yourself sipping on the sandy beaches of your tropical island of choice.
