Garlic butter sauce

Making a garlic butter sauce is super simple. All you need to do is melt 1/3 cup of butter, add in 2 crushed garlic cloves with a sprinkle of dried oregano, and you can toss your grilled shrimp right in the mixture.

Ginger-soy sauce

If you want to go more Asian for dinner, then make this dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger. You can even add in lime zest and 1 teaspoon of juice to add a little acidity to the sauce.
