So, your kids just had to color all those hard-boiled eggs, and now they’re passing them over in favor of Easter candy? No problem. This is a great excuse to make a batch of deviled eggs.
And you can shake things up a bit on Easter Sunday with a unique take on those potluck staples. They’ll be gone in no time!
Just halve the eggs lengthwise as you normally would, scoop out the yolks, and mix in as much or as little of the other ingredients as strikes your fancy. Then refill them, and enjoy.
For a little extra flair, use the star tip and a pastry bag for filling, and garnish with a pinch of one of the ingredients or a little fresh parsley.
