Chicken and veggie chili recipe
- 5 tablespoons Country Crock spread
- 12 ounces chicken
- 1/2 onion
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 bell pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds tomatoes
- 1-1/4 cups corn
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
