Chicken and veggie chili recipe


  • 5 tablespoons Country Crock spread
  • 12 ounces chicken
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1-1/2 pounds tomatoes
  • 1-1/4 cups corn
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
