For these juice recipes I use mainly organic produce, especially any fruits or vegetables where the skin is consumed. No matter what, make sure you wash your produce well.

Digestive aid juice blend recipe
Total time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 fresh pineapple
- 2 small navel oranges
- 1/2 small fresh papaya, peeled
- 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cucumber
- Turn on your juicer, and add each ingredient one by one, pressing until juiced.
- Drink the fresh juice immediately, or store it in a jar secured with a lid, and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
