Rainbow bagels are a colourful alternative to your boring breakfast cereal

Brooklyn’s The Bagel Store is setting itself apart from the competition with its new colourful creation: the rainbow bagel.

Thanks to Scot Rossillo, who goes by the title of “The World’s Premier Bagel Artist,” Brooklyn’s The Bagel Store is delighting the masses with its bagel art.

These bagels look like they could be at home in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

The Bagel Store was launched in 1988 and uses “old fashioned techniques and that mystical NYC tap water” in the creation of every bagel. Sounds like a combination made in heaven, no?
