This sandwich wrap is substantial and filling. A classic Cobb salad, with its chunks of turkey, bacon and egg, gets even heartier and tastier when you add kale to the mix. When they're tossed together in a homemade ranch dressing, you'll reach for these sandwiches again and again.

I’ve reworked the classic Cobb salad, dressed it with homemade ranch dressing and stuffed it into sandwich wraps to make a filling and fabulous meal. Kale makes an appearance in this wrap to help turn this into a heartier sandwich.

I love kale as much as (OK, maybe more than) the next guy, but even I’ll admit it can be tough to take, and I mean that literally. If you massage kale before serving it, you’ll enjoy it much more. Think about it — don’t you soften up a bit after a massage?
