With a little bit of rum and syrup, you can create an incredibly refreshing summer cocktail in just five minutes. Of course, that’s not counting the time you crack open the coconut shell. Get help from someone who knows how, because it can be tricky using a knife to open it. But if you are opting for the easier way, then just grab a bottle of the most natural coconut water you can get in the supermarket. The important thing is that you enjoy it while relaxing like you’re on vacation.
Coconut water cocktail recipe
This cocktail is like a tropical celebration (imagine a hot day at the beach) when you drink a simple glass of fresh coconut water spiked with rum and syrup.
Total time: 5 minutes
- 7 ounces fresh and natural coconut water
- 1 ounce white rum
- Simple syrup or sugar, to taste
- Coconut pulp (optional)
- In a glass, mix together the coconut water, rum and simple syrup.
- Add some ice and the coconut pulp, if using.
