Pizza is officially the perfect vehicle for anything. Including sprinkles.
I’ve seen plenty of interesting ways to eat pizza. You can make a crust out of just about anything, from cauliflower to cheese balls (I think we can all agree on which one of those sounds better). And for toppings? The sky’s the limit. You can even top your pizza with more pizza. Why the hell not?
But sprinkles? That’s a new one for me. I’ll be honest — I’m not a huge fan of sprinkles to begin with. They’re just chalky little obstacles that I avoid on ice cream sundaes. But people seem to be on board with this trend.
This little girl does it right, with sprinkles and heart-shaped pepperoni. I mean, if you’re going to do it, go all the way.
And this sad, lonely pizza could only benefit from colorful star sprinkles.
For me, actual pizza-flavored sprinkles seem like a better idea than jimmies and nonpareils.

But what do I know? There are several people here who disagree with my sprinkles stance. See for yourself. Apparently sprinkles on pizza is actually not bad. I need to test this immediately. For science.
What do you think? Would you try this colorful topping on your favorite pie?
