Memorial Day is right around the corner, and we already know you’ve got your spare bag of charcoal at the ready. For most of us, this warm, springtime holiday marks the start of grilling season — and gives the perfect excuse to keep the grill fired up all summer long.
Just in time for the big day, we’ve gathering all our fave backyard barbecue tips to make things a whole lot easier:
1. Cooler corn
Personally, our coolers will be full of beer, but if you’ve got an extra one lying around, use it to cook massive amounts of corn, and keep your grill space free for the important stuff — the meat.
2. Meat packages
Skewers are so last season. Make individual grill packages by wrapping meat around sliced veggies. Genius.
3. Custom stuffed sausage
Make your own stuffed sausages by slicing a pocket into the link and filling it to the brim with cheese and other tasty tidbits.
