Spaghetti and meatballs are a classic for a reason, but eating pasta for lunch every day can be a drag.
Enter the Spaghetti Meatballwich at The Carving Board, a sandwich chain in Los Angeles.
It’s everything you love about your fave Italian-American dish, packed into delicious sandwich form, and it looks amazing. I pretty much lost my mind when I saw this culinary miracle. I guess you could call it love at first sight.

Okay folks, We have been working on this special for a few weeks. Introducing the Spaghetti & Meatballwich!! Sliced beef meatballs topped with a garlic basil marinara and mozzarella cheese, served between Parmesan Spaghetti Bread. The spaghetti bread is made entirely out of pasta and is garlicky and delicious! #thecarvingboard #food #foodie #foodporn #nomnom #ff #spaghetti #meat #delicious #sandwich #Tcb
The two buns are actually made of griddled Parmesan spaghetti, in the same manner that you’ve seen with the ubiquitous ramen burger.
Next, the filling is comprised of delicious, house-made beef meatballs, lovingly covered with garlic-basil marinara and a thick blanket of mozzarella cheese.
The result? Spaghetti and meatballs you can eat with your hands. I think I can now die happy.
