6 Foodies to follow on Instagram for healthy recipe inspiration

Eating healthy is a whole lot easier when you aren't tempted with beautifully-filtered photos of pasta and desserts. But let's face it, we live in a time when you can't really avoid those mouth-watering photos. To make it a little easier on yourself, add some healthy food blogs to your Instagram feed. You'll be inspired to try new recipes that are both healthy and delicious! Here are some of my recommendations.

1. @TheWholeTara

It's me! Tara Milhem is the healthy recipe inspiration behind TheWholeTara.com. I share clean, real-food recipes that are easy, nourishing and very Instagram-friendly! I'm also a nutritionist, recipe developer and food stylist. Win-win!

2. @NutritionStripped

McKel Hill is one of the go-to girls in the world of health and nutrition. She shares nourishing recipes, meals and tips on her website, NutritionStripped.com, with incredible photography.

3. @DeliciouslyElla

Ella Woodward is a bundle of beauty and joy when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. Ella is a cookbook author, app creator and the master behind DeliciouslyElla.com.

4. @Stephanie.H.Park

Stephanie is an art director and designer living in NYC. She posts beautifully bright and refreshing photos, so much so that you'll feel healthier just looking at her page!

5. @SecretSquirrelFoods

Karen is the sneaky recipe queen behind SecretSquirrelFoods.com, originally from Melbourne and living in Dubai. Her recipes are vibrant, clean and so beautifully worth following.
