As you celebrate the Queen's Birthday, sip one of these Queen's Birthday drinks in her honor. The Queen's Birthday Ice Tea is a festive bubbly with mint and citrus notes while the Amaretto Hot Chocolate is a warm cocktail boasting chocolate and almond flavours.

Queen's Birthday Ice Tea

Queen's Birthday Iced Tea

Serves 1

Ingredients:
3 lemon slices
5 fresh mint leaves
30 milliliters rum
15 milliliters triple sec
Crushed ice
Ginger beer

Directions:
Muddle lemon and mint in a glass. Add rum and triple sec. Add crushed ice and top off with ginger beer.

Amaretto Hot Chocolate

Serves 1

Ingredients:
30 milliliters Amaretto
1 mug steamy hot chocolate

Directions:
Stir Amaretto into hot chocolate and sip.
