When kale first came on the scene, we couldn’t get enough — especially since it made for great low-carb chips that we could eat all day every day. The problem is we did eat them all day every day, and now we’re totally over them.

Thankfully, there are other ways to satisfy our cravings for a crunchy, salty snack that don’t involve giving in to the cheap thrills of a bag of potato chips.
