I don’t know about you, but adding more grilled cheese to my grilled cheese sandwich ranks up there as one of the best ideas I’ve ever heard. All along, I could have had a grilled cheese sandwich with grilled cheese on the inside and on the outside. Mind officially blown.
Maybe you think a standard grilled cheese is just fine… One lonely slice of cheese between two pieces of bread. Maybe you don’t believe in my aggressive cheese-to-bread ratio, where cheese is obviously > than bread. Maybe you don’t think mac and cheese belongs in a grilled cheese sandwich. (Maybe you think my feelings about grilled cheese are a little extreme. You might be right about that one.) But I’m sorry to tell you: Unless you’ve been making your grilled cheese sandwiches as portrayed in this video, you’re doing it all wrong. Completely, unequivocally wrong. It’s that serious.
