Directions:

  1. Place the oats, milk and water in a bowl, and microwave for 1–1.5 minutes. Stir and let sit until liquid has absorbed.
  2. Stir in the nuts, blueberries, banana and sweetener.
  3. Heat in the microwave for another 15 seconds. Enjoy!
