Make your way into fall with this pear sangria recipe (VIDEO)

Fruity sangria is the perfect summer drink. With fall quickly approaching, tweak your summer sangria recipe to fit the new season.

Pears are the perfect fruit to add a fall flair to your sangria. The pears combined with cinnamon, honey and apple cider pull the entire fall season into one delicious drink. This combination makes the perfect white wine sangria for a chilly fall night at home with friends. Garnish the side of your glass with a sliced pair for a little something extra.


  • 3 pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 1/2 cup ginger liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 8-10 cinnamon sticks


1. Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher, stir, chill for 3 hours, and serve.
