Everyone loves Nutella, right? So why not enjoy your favorite spread and combat the summer heat at the same time by drinking up a Nutella shake with lots of crushed ice and cashews. Sound good?
With a jar of Nutella in front of you, anything is possible. We spread it on bread, biscuits and pancakes, and we mix it into our baking. I think everyone will agree that the best part is licking the spoon. My daughter, a big Nutella fan, asks for it as the grand finale to her meal.
As we enter the summer season, a Nutella drink — with lots of ice and cashews for texture and loads of nutrients — isn’t a bad idea. Cashew nuts are rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats similar to those found in olive oil. Nutella cashew milkshake recipe
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashew nuts
- Ice (amount depends on desired consistency)
- In a blender, blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Add more ice to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
