VIDEO: Bite-size shrimp tacos

These adorable bite-size tacos may be small, but those tiny tortillas can barely hold back the mouthwatering fiesta of succulent shrimp and bold Mexican flavors.

Bite-size shrimp taco recipe

Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas
  • Cooled shrimp
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Pico de gallo (or other salsa)

Directions:

  1. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out small circles from the tortillas.
  2. Bake the circles in a small muffin tin for 5 minutes so that they will hold their taco shell shape.
  3. Add 1 shrimp, some shredded cabbage and some pico de gallo to each taco shell.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve.
