Kale and Blood Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons agave

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • t

  • 5 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • t

  • 1 bunch kale, woody stems and veins removed, leaves torn
  • t

  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • t

  • 4 blood oranges, peeled, segmented
  • t

  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together agave, lemon juice, miso, and grapeseed oil.

  3. Add kale, carrots, and oranges, tossing to coat.
  4. t

  5. Divide salad among 4 plates and garnish with almonds. Serve immediately.
