Mamma Chia Banana Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups organic whole wheat pastry flour
  • t

  • 3/4 cup organic oats
  • t

  • 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • t

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • t

  • 1/4 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • t

  • 1/4 cup organic agave nectar
  • t

  • 1/4 cup organic almond butter
  • t

  • 1 cup organic banana (mashed)
  • t

  • 1 bottle Raspberry Passion Mamma Chia 

Directions:

    t

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. and line a muffin pan with paper cups.
  2. t

  3. In a medium bowl, combine wheat pastry flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (dry ingredients).
  4. t

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together agave nectar, almond butter, mashed banana, and Mamma Chia (wet ingredients).
  6. t

  7. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until evenly moistened.
  8. t

  9. Divide evenly among muffin cups.
  10. t

  11. Bake for about 18 minutes, until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
  12. t

  13. Serve warm.
