Coconut Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk Beverage
  • t

  •  1 large banana, sliced (frozen will make smoothie thicker and frostier)
  • t

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • t

  • 1/4 cup coconut meat
  • t

  • Agave to taste
  • t

  • Handful of ice

Directions:

    t

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve immediately.

Note: For fun, kick it up with a slice of fresh pineapple and little umbrella for garnish.
