Blueberry Chia Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • t

  • 1 cup water
  • t

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • t

  • 1 banana
  • t

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon agave

Directions:

    t

  1. Combine chia and water in a small bowl and set aside for 15 minutes or until thickened.
  2. t

  3. Combine blueberries, banana, almond milk and agave to blender and puree.
  4. t

  5. Add chia mixture and blend again. Serve immediately.
