Banana Date Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored coconut or soy yogurt
  • t

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • t

  • 1 cup fresh pitted dates

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
