Iced Espresso with Coconut Milk

Serves 4

Ingredients:

    t

  • 2 cups strong brewed espresso, chilled
  • t

  • 2 cups coconut almond milk, chilled
  • t

  • Agave to sweeten

Directions:

    t

  1. Fill ice cube trays with espresso and put in the freezer until frozen solid.
  2. t

  3. Fill glasses with milk and sweeten to taste with agave.
  4. t

  5. Add espresso ice cubes and serve.
