Radicchio Spinach Salad with Sesame Seed Vinaigrette

Radicchio is one of my favorite salad ingredients. The deliciously bitter brilliantly-colored veg brightens up any dish you put it in. Best yet, you can eat it fresh, saute it, or even put it on the grill. For a fresh take on radicchio, toss it with your favorite salad ingredients for a healthy, colorful summer meal.
