Fresh Blackberry Mojito

Serves 6

Ingredients:

    t

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • t

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon light sugar
  • t

  • 8 ounces light rum
  • t

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • t

  • Club soda
  • t

  • Lime slices
  • t

  • Fresh mint sprigs

Directions:

    t

  1. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves, blackberries and sugar.
  2. t

  3. Add the rum and lime juice, stirring to mix well.
  4. t

  5. Pour the mojito into 6 tall glasses and fill each with ice cubes. Top each off with club soda.
  6. t

  7. Garnish drinks with a lime slice and mint sprig.
