Guacamole in an Avocado Bowl

Ingredients:

- 4 medium to large ripe avocados, halved crosswise, pit removed
- 2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- Juice of 2 limes
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- A few grinds black pepper
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

- Run a sharp knife around the flesh and peel of each avocado half, leaving 1/8-inch flesh against the peel. Score the flesh, taking care not to cut through the avocado peel. Use a spoon to remove avocado chunks and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined, keeping avocado chunky.
- Press avocado halves, bottom side down, firmly on a flat surface to flatten the bottoms so they stand up.
- Fill with guacamole and serve.
