Roasted Grapes

Ingredients:

  • 2 small bunches of grapes (about 2 cups)
  • t

  • Olive oil spray
  • t

  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

    t

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. t

  3. Place grapes on a rimmed baking sheet and lightly spray or brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. t

  5. Roast for 20 minutes, turning grapes over occasionally.
  6. t

  7. Grapes are done when they have shriveled and caramelized.
  8. t

  9. Serve immediately.
