Roasted Asparagus

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound asparagus, woody end trimmed
  • t

  • Olive oil
  • t

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. t

  3. Spread asparagus onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
  4. t

  5. Spray or drizzle asparagus with olive oil, tossing spears to coat.
  6. t

  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. t

  9. Roast asparagus, stirring occasionally, until spears are tender and lightly browned (time will vary based on the thickness of the asparagus spears).
