The cold winter mornings have me craving a hearty bowl of homemade muesli to fuel my day braving the weather or enjoying hours of snow play. This is my vegan muesli rendition for you to use as a guide — all you need is oats, nuts, fruit, agave, and dairy-free yogurt.

Vegan Muesli

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • t

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • t

  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped unsalted cashews
  • t

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit
  • t

  • Agave to taste

Directions:

    t

  1. Mix oats and yogurt in a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. t

  3. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
